SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders received will ship short unless requested to ship complete. Shipping service faster than ground shipping will be shipped same business day. Every effort will be made to ship same business day for all in-stock ground shipments processed by 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight of shipment and location which are determined by shipping carriers. United Parcel Service((UPS) is the determined carrier for non- freight shipments. XPO Logistics is the determined carrier for freight shipments. Once carriers assume shipments, NuLife Municipal Truck Center (dba WastePartsPros) is not responsible for lost, missing and/or damaged shipments but will make every reasonable attempt to assist customers in this event.

 

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund. All returns must have the appropriate RGA/RMA paperwork returned along with the shipment. Items returned without the proper documentation will not be credited. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of items returned to NuLife Municipal Truck Center (dba WastePartsPros). Returns (with some exceptions) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations are accepted up to product being received at end user's location without being subject to 20% restocking fee.
